A generative-AI workbench for an operations team
Turning a prompt experiment into a governed product
The challenge
Staff had powerful-but-uncontrolled access to a public LLM. Outputs were inconsistent, nothing was logged, and there was no way to trust the results in client-facing work.
What we did
Designed a product surface with structured inputs, a retrieval layer over internal documents, deterministic output templates, role-based permissions, and full audit logging of every query.
The outcome
Adopted by 100% of the target team within 6 weeks; response quality became consistent and every output is now attributable and auditable.
